Big Mistake!

I found out the other day that I am not descended from the Wiltshire WESTONs after all. For the last several years I have been researching my forebears on the strength of the data in the 1881 census which suggested my Great Grandfather James WESTON was the son of Henry WESTON of Wiltshire. I was recently looking at the 1901 census which shockingly showed this to be untrue. James was actually the son of a Henry WESTON from Eastbourne in Sussex. His father Thomas WESTON was from Kent. My dad always said the WESTONs were from Kent and it turns out to be true. I will republish my family history web pages as soon as I receive James's birth certificate.
